Europeans come back
Why wont all European ppl in American servers come back to Europe?
I mean, it`s ok that u want to do UW/FoW more, but Europe is getting favor more and more (at the most important times).
So, all come back and have fun in European servers!!

No...
I moved to the American servers 2 days after release when I got the game.. why do you ask?
- Lack of English speaking people, no one was talking English
Pure and simple, the favour thing has nothing to do with it, since I was new to the game, plus I couldn't care less for UW or FoW even 300+ hours into the game.
I'm staying thank you, the European servers have nothing to offer me.

For your information, the European servers are now seperated in English, German, French, Italian and Spanish.
But I was pointing at the people who DID move there because of favor

I just did move over to the american realm. I tried to stay loyal to europe for a long time and after getting one of those "we implemented languages.. yay for languages" crap response on the World at Flaw System i simply switched over.
The only thing getting me back to the european realm is a fix of the system. Nothing else. Well pity is i will now fight tombs against europe. But i don't care anymore and i'd advice EVERY european to switch over to the american realm as well. Besides, shortly before i switched the european servers started lagging again. For me... and for most of the folks on my friendslist. And considering the last lag catastrophe europe had... well that just helped us switch.

Nope, I did port back there for a time, only to find that the divide has resulted in less players in all the disticts... a counter productive action on A.net parts... and limited use universal translator would have been more ideal, but I guess that asking for a lot.
As it stands, American servers (Even with all the rude people) has more on offer due to the higher player numbers.
Not my fault A.nets marketing in Europe sucks and there not as many people playing it there.

Good point, but I guess I found my home in the US servers, all my UK friends are here, I'd be hard pressed to get them back.
If A.net got rid of that 5 times to move only thing it would help... but guess that never going to happen.

Although English is not my first language, but i think that is past tense. Doesn`t past tense mean that it is over?
And again, do you think that all the American ppl will change district when they have lag? I can`t imagine all american ppl coming to Europe.

i really should stop bothering....... there has been alot of threads about the lag we had back then. it was commented by gail and some other(s) guy from anet because alot of people (including me) where pissed cuz we didnt hear from them until 2 weeks in, then they told us that they knew about the problem and was working on fixing it. took another week.
but it wasnt ur average crappy connection lag, it was major freezez that could last (atleast for me) up to 30 seconds. i had a couple of friends that wanted 2 change cuz of the favour and i think that for most people that freeze issue was the thing that finally made them change servers. i wont rant more about this ucz its pointless but i was just making a statement for 1 of the reasons I belive people changed servers. if u want more info on the "great" lag we had search and u will see how happy people where about it.

The EU lag was not anet's fault, but on some servers on the road from the US to the EU datacenters (somewhere in LA if I remember right).
And the same thing can happen again on your road to the US datacenters.

I've seen several area's / comments / from Anet basically saying there trying but I rember the pre-order packs of us compared to europe. Europe buy the package meant you got a cd-key (I wish I could get a europe pre-order item ) where we got a package, music, poster, mini guide, etc. Also rember about how a lot of people stumbled across the game in europe from posts and such.

No way.
a) American servers still have favor for pretty much the whole day
b) there are not too many people in most non major EU outposts, especially in non primetime hours, when I tend to play
c) most of my guildmates play on American servers, too (half of them ARE Americans)
d) in English districts you can hear pretty much any language except English
I am perfectly happy on US servers and I don't see ANY reason to come back.
